Negotiated Terms: Booking or scheduling a consultation through this Site does not constitute a binding contract for design work. Final scope of work, schedules, investment expectations, and fees must be negotiated and executed through a separate written contractual agreement.
Permitting & Third-Party Review: Any construction drawings or draft work intended for regulatory permit submission require an independent, licensed third-party architectural or engineering review, which may be coordinated for a premium fee.
