When I moved to Pepperell in 2013, I was working at a small firm in Boston doing multi-million dollar projects; multi-family residential, medical cannabis cultivation centers and dispensaries in the Greater Boston area.

Moving up North, getting married and becoming a mom gave me whole new purpose in life and my career. Living in a house first constructed in 1890, our neighbors all have dreams of bringing the design and layout of their homes up to date while also preserving the historic aesthetic of their house. House tours turned into sharing ideas which led consultation meetings.

Now, to take the next step. To avoid homeowners living with decisions made by a contractor or designer who didn’t truly listen to the daily flow and circulation patterns of the home, I am able to take measurements of your home or office, build a three-dimensional model depicting various iterations of our ideas brought to life. Two-dimensional plans and elevations don’t always communicate what the end result is going to look like. Putting clients into the model and walking through the design streamlines the decision process empowering the client to get exactly what they were hoping for.

In addition to assisting homeowners build out their dream home renovation, I have not left behind my enjoyment in executing the construction administration phase of any given project design. Great design relies on precise execution. I provide dedicated construction administration to ensure your project is built as closely to the architect of record’s specifications as possible, serving as the vital communication link between your design team, the general contractor and most importantly, the client.
